You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
hph365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet. hph365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hph365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hph365 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
hph365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hph365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. hph365 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
hph365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the hph365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an account on hph365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and hph365's legitimate business interests.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to hph365's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent hph365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
